Permission is required
Messages may be sent only to recipients with an appropriate service relationship or documented consent. Purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, or otherwise third-party acquired lists are prohibited.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Spam, deceptive subject lines, sender impersonation, or concealment of message origin.
- Phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content, or content that violates another party's rights.
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, suppression lists, unsubscribe requests, or provider safeguards.
- Sending to addresses known to have hard-bounced, complained, or opted out of applicable messages.
Marketing requirements
Marketing messages must identify the sender, reflect the recipient's consent, contain a clear unsubscribe method, and comply with applicable laws. Unsubscribe requests must be honored promptly.
Monitoring and enforcement
We monitor delivery outcomes and feedback signals. Sending may be paused, limited, or disabled when bounce, complaint, abuse, or reputation indicators require investigation or corrective action.

To report an unwanted or suspicious message associated with Aurey Mail, contact aws@shxcyc.com and include the message headers when possible.
